Returns & Exchanges

• No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because of change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

• Exceptions: Returns or exchanges are  only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect from our side.

 

Reporting Issues

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Customers must provide clear unboxing video and photo of the damaged or incorrect product without any cuts or edits.

 

How We Make It Right

• Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
